These files are intended for SLA 3D printing. They will work with FDM, but some of the details may not resolve at more coarse resolutions. The prop in the images was printed on a Formlabs Form 2 at 0.05mm Z resolution and painted with Krylon and Rustoluem aerosols.

As provided in the files:

Length: 396mm (15.6")

Width: 57mm (2.25")

Height: 194mm (7.7")

HARDWARE: (mcmaster items are linked - please note that these items are almost certainly available in lower quantities for better prices at your local hardware store)

A - 6 x M4 slotted FHCS - https://www.mcmaster.com/90274a216

B - 2 x M5 slotted pan head screw - https://www.mcmaster.com/90353a250

C - 1 x M3 x 4mm thread, 10mm length 4mm shoulder diameter shoulder screw - https://www.mcmaster.com/90323a215

D - 1 x M3 standard hex nut

E - 1 x 6mm diameter 80mm length steel rod - https://www.mcmaster.com/91595a490 ***THIS NEEDS TO BE MAGNETIC*** in order for the latching to work properly

F - 1 x 6mm ID 10mm OD x 10mm length bushing - https://www.mcmaster.com/6658k729 Please note that the Mcmaster ones tend to come with the ID on the smaller side as well as the mcmaster.com pins being slightly oversized - consider buying a 6mm drill and 'reaming' the bushing if it doesn't slide easily on the shaft or pin you buy.

G - ONE OF THE FOLLOWING: 2 x 3mm dia x 3mm length Magnets (magnetized axially - get them anywhere... also get extras in case you lose them or they break) ***OR*** 1 x https://www.mcmaster.com/9657k266 (look at this page for specifications)

H - 2 x 4mm internal thread, 6.7mm long, 6.35mm hex press fit inserts - https://www.mcmaster.com/92398a123

X - 1 x 2mm dia x 12mm length dowel pin - https://www.mcmaster.com/93600a208 This can be substituted for any kind of 2mm pin. The closer the diameter to 2mm, the smoother the action of the trigger will be.

Y - 1 x 6mm dia x 3mm thick neodymium magnet (magnetized axially - get them anywhere... also get extras in case you lose them or they break) Not pictured: 4 to 8 x 6mm dia 3mm height neodymium magnets (magnetized axially - get them anywhere... also get extras in case you lose them or they break) to hold the cartridge halves together. 8 slots are available, but I only used four because it held well enough with just 4. ELECTRONICS: J - Leds can be any orange (if you so choose) 3mm led. I used these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071HVZXFS/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

K - The cartridge uses 1 x A23 battery and there is space for a second one in there as a spare and also as counterweight so the cartridge spins nicely.

L - 2 x ~400 Ohm resistors. Adjust your values for whichever LEDs you decide to buy.

The electronics will require some basic soldering knowledge. I have been storing the battery in the circuit backwards to turn the lights off. Please check image gallery for LED, resistor, and battery positioning. There is also a slot in the cartridge for battery storage.

Tools you may find useful for this build are: metal file, hacksaw, metric hex drivers, flathead screw drivers, soldering iron
